Programme Management · Blended Finance · Verified Impact

Structuring capital programmes that generate verified environmental and social outcomes.

Impact Integration designs and manages blended finance programmes for the circular economy and e-waste sector, with a focus on processors in the Global South. We originate the structure, assemble the partnerships, and ensure the outcomes are independently verified and reportable.

WHAT WE DO

From structure to delivery — the operational layer that makes impact finance work.

Programme Design

We design blended finance structures that use concessional capital to fund measurable improvement in e-waste processing. Each programme is built around a defined financing mechanism and a clear path to verified outcomes.

Delivery and Management

We source and manage processor partners, coordinate certification pathways, and oversee quarterly reporting and independent annual audits. The operational complexity stays with us.

Verified Impact Certificates

We issue verified impact certificates through the Bloom ESG registry — instruments that combine environmental and social value in a single auditable structure, purchasable by corporate buyers with ESG reporting obligations.

THE MODEL

Impact that funds itself.

Our programmes are structured so that verified impact generates the revenue that sustains them. Corporate buyers purchase certificates that represent independently audited outcomes — environmental and social value combined in a single tradeable instrument. There is no dependency on grants, no open-ended subsidy. The capital model closes because the demand exists.

CURRENT PROGRAMME

The I-TEC Impact Certificate Pilot

A blended finance programme operating across three e-waste processors in Sub-Saharan Africa — in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria. The programme funds processor formalisation and E-Stewards certification, measures social outcomes at facility level, and issues verified certificates purchased by corporate buyers.

The I-TEC Impact Certificate is the first instrument of its kind to combine environmental and social value in a single verified, tradeable certificate for the IT sector.

The I-TEC Impact Certificate Pilot is now open for investors. If you would like to explore the programme structure, review the verification framework, or discuss participation, we welcome a direct conversation.
